Since 1949, RTC Communications, a not-for-profit member-owned organization, has focused on meeting the communication needs of our surrounding communities and has grown over the years from a basic dial-tone telephone service provider to a leader in communication services in Southwest Indiana. Today, we are a leading rural communications company serving the internet, voice, and advanced business service needs of customers in Daviess, Martin, and Lawrence counties.

RTC is a Certified Gigabit and Smart Rural Community Provider and has provided internet access and online products to this region since 1995. We are leverage our knowledge, intelligence, and expertise as well as going where we are welcome, invited, and have seen a need for services.

Having access to high-speed reliable internet is critical in today’s everyday life, and RTC is committed to supporting crucial expansion efforts that are needed in Southern Indiana to provide just that, high-speed, reliable, fiber-optic internet. We also provide affordable, reliable telephone services including long-distance with many options, both in and out of our cooperative areas. What services can I get with RTC's Intelecyn Fiber network?

RTC will offer Internet and telephone over fiber optics. Internet service packages up to Gigabit speeds and telephone services that allows you to keep your same number while eliminating hidden fees.

Is there a term contract to sign, and are there data caps?

We are proud to offer No Gimmick Pricing.  Plus, if you sign up during Pre-Registration you have the unique opportunity to “Lock in Your Price for Life.”  It’s not a lifetime contract with RTC, but it is a price guarantee from RTC to you! Not to mention we have NO data caps which means you can use an unlimited amount without worrying about receiving additional fees on your next bill or your internet bogging down.

What is Pre-Sign, and why should I do it?

Pre-Signup is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you.  During Pre-Signup, we will contact every potential home in a prospective Fiberhood.  This will determine how many households are interested in our new fiber optic network and are serious about taking advantage of our services. During Pre-Signup, you will be able to take advantage of the unique “Lock in Your Price for Life” opportunity.

Will RTC restore the areas of construction?

The deployment and installation process will have little or no impact on property owner’s premises as all above-ground facilities will be placed in the utility right away. However, once construction is complete and weather permits, RTC will restore property in areas where digging occurred. Our crews make every effort to minimize impact to properties.

When can I remove the utility flags and/or paint in my yard?

Markers and paint need to remain in place until construction of the network is complete and one of our team members removes any locating markers.
